That's right!!! TIESTO IS COMING TO BAJA!!!
Sunday, Dec 14th, 2008!!
Presale tickets are $18!!!
This time, he's coming to MEXICALI!!! Anyone that went to any of the last two Tiesto shows in Baja, knows NOT TO MISS OUT On this one. Whenever Tiesto plays in Baja, his shows are amazing. They pretty much blow out any of his shows in LA. You definetly don't want to miss out on this one!
For those wondering where Mexicali is, it's only a 2 1/2 - 3hr hour drive South of OC. Mexicali is a lot safer than Tijuana, and YOU DON'T NEED TO DRIVE THROUGH TJ!!!

These videos are from the last time Tiesto played in Baja. The first one was his Baja debut in Rosarito Beach. This night was amazing. A bunch of us TA's got together and made a roadtrip to Rosarito Beach. The same day Tiesto played in San Diego.
His set was amazing, there was nothing but good reviews. He played from 4am to 7am. The set up was breathtaking as he did a sunrise set ON THE BEACH!!!!
The second video is from his second Baja gig. It was in Tijuana. Again, lots of TA's made the roadtrip for this one too. This one was fun, it was outdoors at some HUGE roof top parking lot.
And last, below are two maps to Mexicali. Just so you can get an idea where it is. Remember, there are virtually no WASHING MACHINES, and no E-PUDDLES IN MEXICO and everyone is super Friendly!!!! That makes it 100x's better!!!!

Do you have to cross the border to go to Mexicalli?
wow i am in, but i am going to have to meet up there.
i am starting a new job on the 19th (working the 2nd shift) so i cant call in sick or leave early since its in the first 90 days

I just got an email back from the promoters. They said Tickets go on sale this Wednesday for $18 for the first 1000 Tickets. After that, tickets will keep on increasing gradually.
In the USA you can buy them at Sports Image inside the Imperial Valley Mall in El Centro Ca., and at Top Dawg Gym in Calexico.
He also said that if I wanna arrange pick up, he'll be willing meet me up in Mexicali. I have family there, so more than likely they can pick them up for me or I can go my self.
So if anyone is interested on the presales, lets arrange something. I'll be down to bust a presale roadtrip like we did last time. I already got 5 confirmed presale buys plus mine.

my buddy and i went to the show in TJ a couple years ago. That venue was fuckin sick, and the party was great. has to be the best time i had seeing tiesto, aside from maybe the shows at ICE in vegas

No thanks. Who the fuck would want to go waste time going across the border and gas money to see this a-hole in Baja?
I saw Tiesto once and it was a nightmare. Stupid promoters pack in as many people as they can and the clubs get so damn freakin hot.

I have that entire next week off...What are you guys looking at setting up, caravan down to mexicali? I'd be interested in heading down there if it was possible to join the group. I dont know any of the LATA's though :-( but im sure you guys are friendly so maybe someone would let me join :-)

My friends and I would like to go to this event. Just curious on a few things.
To go to Mexicali, do you really have to cross the border? thus requiring to carry a passport? From the map, it doesn't look like Mexicali is on the Mexican side of the border?
Also, can anyone give more info on where to buy tickets? Perhaps phone number etc...? I don't want to drive 2 hrs + to go buy tix there and be disappointed.
