That track sucks. I love how FSOLs stuff is more chillout and ambient at times.

My friend swears by Hardstyle and Jumpstyle, I don't get it man. There's barely any structure at all to the track, just really heavy kicks and lame sounding house/rave melodies. I guess it wouldn't suck so much if there was a little bit more to it.
Re: The heavy metal of techno
it's jumpstyle.
oh yea, dont forget this kid

unless i've been completely misguided and actually have no idea what real drum & bass is.
I've given all those hardstyle genres a fair chance (Including Drum & Bass) and I just can't get into it. I don't see myself ever getting into any of the 'hardcore' genres, but perhaps if I come across the right drum & bass record I'll give it another chance. Since I've heard stuff from that genre that's almost stomachable.

| Originally posted by lid most of the artists i listed produce a variety of stuff that could be labeled drum & bass, downtempo, trip-hop, and ambient. the first Lemongrass CD 'Drumatic Universe' is definitely all drum & bass, as well as Ethereal 77's 'Landscapes' album. |
