I'm going to India!
Anyone been? I'll be playing in Mumbai on Nov 4th, Bangalore Nov 5th and Hyderabad Nov 6th! If anyone has suggestions of interesting things to do in any of those cities, I'm planning on staying a few extra days! Very excited, I've always wanted to check it out!
you should fly a short flight south of india and check out the maldives, some of the most amazing islands in the world
sounds like a great time tho mang, well done
Randy, pm Omega_M as he is Indian and lives in Mumbai.
I've never been to those cities but everytime I go to India, I get torn a new one so make sure you have an iron stomach, watch what and where you eat to reduce risk of upset stomach, and most important, bottled water and straws.
One time i went to Indiana, but i was only at the airport for a few hours.

Wow, that's actually really cool, Randy. Congrats! India is an emerging scene. One of the places I'd really love to spin one of these days. Have fun out there and take plenty of pics.
Randy... no shit I just got back from Bangalore. I was there for two weeks. Part of my company is out there. I can tell you some amazing places to go. In fact I can have my buddy that lives there meet you at your place and show you around.... hit me up Dude

Randy... a few very serious things I will tell you. This is not a joke...
#1 Get your shots WELL before you go
http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/destinat...a.aspx#vaccines
- This is not covered by insurance, so you will need to go to a travel medicine specialist. MAKE SURE They give you Mylaria pills (once a day), and also Diarea pills
Here is a number to my guy, he is Palos Verdes, and worth the drive, because this shit can get expensive
310-541-7911
26516 Crenshaw Blvd. palos Verdes, CA 90274
Just be there 10 minutes before they open during the week, you will be in, and out in less then an hour
#2 DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT drink any water when you are there, unless it is in a bottle that you open, or see them open
#3 Do not drink water on the plane leaving India, wait till AFTER the next stop (most likely in Tokio)
#4 DO NOT EAT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT COOKED!!!!!
#5 (along side #4) Indians use a lot of Onions, and vegtiables on the side of every dish, and you are o used to eating this as second nature. DO NOT TOUCH IT. if it is touching your cooked food, push 100% all of it to the side.
#6 Do not hesitate on bit, to say no thank you, like lemon in water = no-no
#7 Food to order
