Whom are the most under-rated local Toronto PRODUCERS (not DJs).. ?

Whom do you think is a worthy yet under-rated producer (not counting the DJ part this time) in the GTA or Southern Ontario area..

I motion that Mark Oliver, although established, is not yet as well sung as a producer as he should be. I have a couple of his works, and they're not that bad.

Agreed...not to mention he was one of the top Progressive House Producers according to Beatport chart/sales for a while there...so I think he's getting credit where it's due (and due it is--he's a great producer)

Noah's a well established DJ, both here and in Vancouver.
I am struggling to think of any decent producers that don't make their name as a DJ first. Maybe Mark mendes?
