Can't make that deduction but he needs to be made aware that he has a responsibility to our culture not to give up with out a fight. Time to give it up to a new generation of promoters. If I owned that place, I'd take pride that it would be the biggest mega club in North America, the spot is incredible. Too bad, it really angers me that someone is sitting on a gold mine and is just fading away like that.
