Yoga

That shit is intense! I went to my first class yesterday and I worked up a sweat like crazy. The class consisted of breathing techniques and being aware and fully conscious of your body during the poses. Now i'm super sore and don't want to move, i just want to relax.

This is something that i'll continue doing because of the sense of peace you achieve once you're finished with the routine.

Just thought I'd share my experience.

Anyone else a fan of Yoga?

I liked it because it eliminated my stress completely. I recommend everyone take a Yoga class.
