I doubt she was in an accident. Her left arm looks as if it never developed properly and I can imagine the fixed position of her head is due to other portions of her formative structure not being developed properly either.

Judging by the tattoo and the simple fact that this video exists, that girl probably feels as normal as anyone that's posted in this thread despite the fact that she was born with an obvious disability. It's kinda sad that this video receives this kind of exposure and it has nothing to do with her actions.

I mean, I've laughed at a lot of low, low shit and haven't really cared one way or the other whether or not the fact that I found something hilarious was probably wrong (see: other creepy Youtube video posted here recently). For some reason, though, I couldn't laugh at this video. Kinda sad.
