Most recognizable part start near 4:30. I've listened to it like 200 times and it still gives chills. Ah, and I'm not poster of the video.

No idea what it is. No one has. But it's one of the best things I've ever heard on YT.

Leads so far:

Tiesto - Suburban Trainset
-From a commenter of this video. Doesn't sound a much like Suburban Train, really. But if it is, what's the name of exact mix?
Sounds too complex and harmonic to be Tiesto's, though. His music is more aggresive, simpler and has somewhat rougher ends in terms of sound.

Savage Garden - I want you (Pee Wee club mix)
-Tunatic, only result out of 10+ tries. Is not correct neither, though they sound a liiitle bit similar. Some kind of extreme mix? I know such things exist. Taking a well known song and turning into something unrecognizable, yet thousand times better...

-Sony TrackID/Gracenote is clueless here.

Can anyone figure out real name of this astounding track?
OR
Lyrics? It could be probably simpler to find if I knew what are the lyrics. Unfortunately, all I can hear is "...give it to.." and probably "...open now...". A native speakers, maybe you can understand better?
