Best Clubs in the GTA

Which one do you think is the best?

I've been to the guv tooo many times to count and I loved it, however the soundsystem lacks a few qualities.

I've never been to Circa but have heard many good/bad things.

Either way, its a win win situation considering how many great djs these two clubs are gonna bring to Toronto over the years.

Dude, my sister's garage is better than the Guvernment. My guest bathroom is better than the Guvernment, and maybe the master bathroom too if it's been recently cleaned. If you're comparing just about anything to the Guvernment, the anything wins.

I only go to clubs that play house, progressive, trance, techno or dnb/jungle, cause nothing else interests me, so in that sense the guv doesn't seem so bad.

I've had a lot of good experiences there, and many memorable nights.

and what, guv and circa are the only two clubs that play that music in Toronto or something?

Generally, I tend to go where the DJs I like are playing - it's pretty rare I'll head out to a club "just to go out to the club" that night. I'm going because of the DJs that are playing. So, that in mind, I've thoroughly enjoyed

- Sudburry 99/Boa/Sonic (RIP)
-Drake Underground
-TOI Bar,
-Footwork
-Blak/Bassment and it's other names
-10 Temperance Street
- Some bar of which I dont know it's name on College when Tempo bought in Apendics Shuffle
- Cherry Beach
- Random lofts on Carlaw
- Some community center
- St. Stephen in the Fields church
- Opera House

I've also had a swell time at some 401 Underpass before, and in a Laundry Matt. Most of which, probably play better music than you'd hear at the Guv (depending on what your into)

That said, in terms of actual "Clubs" in Toronto, Footwork has generally delivered in a consistent biases for me. I haven't been there in a while, but usually enjoy myself when I go.
