Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male

"MILAN (Reuters) - Actor Sacha Baron Cohen, best known for his eccentric character Borat, burst onto the catwalk at Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's show in Milan on Friday, bringing the playful show to a halt as security guards stepped in.

Baron Cohen is in Milan making a new film about fashion centered on his character Bruno, a flamboyant Austrian fashionista.

He bowled onto the start of the catwalk rolled up in what turned out to be a long, black caped outfit with eccentric accessories.

After a few minutes of darkness while Baron Cohen, or Bruno, was escorted off the catwalk, the show started again. Models had kept their cool but the designer was visibly upset when she appeared at the end of the show.

Baron Cohen's film is titled "Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male."

Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's show restarted after the actor left. The designer said her show was inspired by Spanish painter Diego Velazquez and the headdresses were based on typical Spanish piatas.

But the dresses with their bold shapes were more reminiscent of another famous Spanish painter -- Joan Miro.

Am I the only one who's gotten bored with Sacha's antics? I loved him as Ali G and the original Borat bit part, but his ego's gotten way too big. He doesn't discriminate between shit that's actually funny and shit that's merely disruptive and annoying. It took a lot of discipline for me to sit through the whole Borat movie and I just don't think I could handle another one.

One thing that would make me laugh would be watching him get cracked with a billy club and thrown in a cell for a night for public mischief or some other BS charge. Although I'd have trouble believing that even that wasn't completely staged.

awesome... most people haven't heard of his bruno character.. it's by far the most embarrassing/offensive character he has when he interviews someone unsuspecting (ie. a priest)

my favourite skit on ali g show was when bruno went to clubs in miami and started screening people near the front who were dressed fine... "this is a night club... not a shopping mall" lmao

also when he gets booed off of some redneck football stadium for cheerleading.. gold

Yes. Bruno is the 3rd of the original characters on da ali g show and has by far some of the best moments of awkwardness and hilarity and I'm sure will make for a funny movie.
