Descriminatory pricing at venues

Does anyone else here consider it to be discrimination to charge males & females different rates for entry into the same (usually music) venue? Is this right or is it me again trying to use logic to solve a problem that has no logic?

Yes, I do think it's discriminatory, but party-goers themselves seem to condone this kind of act. Personally, if I'm going out because of the music, I couldn't care less about the girls. Or the "dudes".

I don't really care, as I understand the reasoning behind it (cheaper for girls = more girls = better image for the club and more guys willing to pay the high price). That said, I never go to any venues that have such pricing.

While I absolutely despise the practice itself in principle and being male, I also absolutely support it. I don't want to walk into a club and have no scenery. Higher female to male ratio is much more enjoyable.
