Confused Armin @ Glow june 8th 4hr set???

ARMIN VAN BUUREN spinning a special 4 HOUR DJ SET at midnight
AVB004 Transparance CD RELEASE PARTY
At GLOW
Saturday June 8th

**Armin's work visa is now in order**

Dont miss this night, as Armin van Buuren, will play a special 4 hour DJ set for his GLOW faithfull. Let Armin tell you his story, with his music. This night will be the official release party for Armins new CD AVB004 Transparance (United Recordings).
A relative newcomer to the DJ elite, and still only 24 years old, ARMIN VAN BUUREN has already produced house and trance under nearly 20 production pseudonyms that include partnerships with the likes of Olav Basoski, Ferry Corsten, and Tiesto. Some of his early works such as Blue Fear, and Communication were huge hits that helped push Armin firmly under the spotlight by 1999, with plenty of high profile remixes to his credit since. However, Armins undeniable production talent alone would never have got him ranked #27 in Djmags top 100, and for somebody who hadnt ventured outside of his weekly residency until 1999, the transition to top flight DJ has been remarkably quick. His first guest appearance was at a high profile United Recordings night in Amsterdam, and before you could utter the words, Dutch deck maestro he had a string of bookings at Cream, Slinky, Godskitchen and Gatecrasher in the UK, as well as appearances at two of Europes leading festivals C Creamfields and Dance Valley. Armin has already signed up to monthly residencies at Passion and Godskitchen (UK and Ibiza) in 2002, is releasing his first solo album, and hes completing a law degree. Oh_he is also a bi-monthly resident at GLOW. For the latest Armin van Buuren happenings, and to purchase his new CD visit www.arminvanbuuren.com.

Armin WILL BE in DC 100%. He was very sorry about the Visa situation but he couldnt really talk about it so I asked him today and he told me about the special party in DC. He confirmed that he will be spinning for 4 hours and that he was very sorry for the New York mess. So I hope to see you all in DC for AVB!!!!! and to celebrate his release of 004.

there really is no dress code. the 1st time I went i was in a t-shirt and tear away pants with some sexy-ass nike's Its all about comfort there and security is no where near as bad as exit so dont be worried. They do frisk you and you empty your own pockets but they move the line fast and efficiently plus glow isnt very crowded anyways.

Sounds like a plan.. I can take my car and pick u guyz up in Cherry-Poppy Hill, since you guys r on the way anywayz (assuming Daphna knows how to get to your place).. Or I can pick her up near city somewhere...

Leaving from Boston

Anyone leaving from Boston area? I think I will be heading to Armin and I have one open slot in my car. People leaving from Syracuse, think we can meet up on the way in NJ and then head to DC?

Going to be skipping AvB for Starscape. That event is just too cool to pass up. Only once a year, whereas AvB is 6 times a year (or 5 )

The party is set for November 30th, and it's going to be at the DC Armory. I highly doubt they will bring in PvD, I can always hope though. But I agree, no matter who they bring in, the event will be slammin'
