One thing I cannot understand: why have the conservatives made more about Dion's lack of work on the environment, considering he was the Environment Minister for so many years? It is clear that Dion is trying to win votes with a global warming scare tactic, but why didn't he do something, when had the ability?

It is so clear that Dion is not able to change a damn thing, and all the Conservatives have to do is point that out. Not much has changed in that time, except the IPCC has changed their view from 'probably' to 'most certainly' (what a crock). He had his time, and 'let down' the country, tell people, he cannot get shit done!

Also, why are the Conservatives not making a bigger deal about Senate reform, one of the biggest issues this time around. I would love to see the senate be reformed so that members have to elected with finite term lengths.
