Lyric: "What is house music?A new form, a new form of music" ... Help ID please

I have a Tom Novy We Love Space @ Ibiza mix from this past July. One of the latter tracks in the mix says "What is house music? A new form... a new form of music."
I have searched for a tracklist for the set to no avail.
Anyone know the track?

its an old track... 1994

Phuture Scope - What Is House Muzik?

dunno which remix tho?

the remix stays very true to the original, but obviously just updated
