Scratch Sample in Wheelz Of Steel (Outkast)

I know this is a trance forum but the majority of people here probably don't even listen to trance anymore. Anybody know what sample they used in the scratching part of wheelz of steel by outkast? Seems like it would be a fun sample to mess with.

The scratching part is not a sample but done especially for the track by Mr. DJ (David Sheats) who did the scratching parts for many other OutKast tracks at the time as well and toured with the group providing the live scratches.

There's a part near the end that can be done with a test tone sample, platter pushing, and crossfader work.
