Buy in Bulk!
Buy in bulk at places like Sam's Club or Costco.

It's normally as simple as that. You need to ensure you get the correct type of drive, these days SATA CD writers are becoming more popular, although if it's older than about 2 years the likelyhood is it'll be an IDE drive. Best bet is to remove the drive, take it to PC world (if you can bear the dull staff) and ask them to give you an equivalent CD writer. Take it home, plug it in. If you have any problems PM me with your mobile number and I'll talk you through it. I'm in the UK by the way. |
