2 Hard Trance Tracks i could use a hand with

Hey everyone, jsut wodnering if anyone can give me a hand IDing a couple of tracks. The first description is very vague but someone might know

1. Hard Trance track i heard on skoolhouse ages ago, it has a bloke talking about drugs, specifically cocaine maybe? (i know thats vague, dont expect anyone to know this one)

2. Hard Trance track with a bloke talking, he says stuff like "The DJ booth is conducting a test, please do not leave the dancefloor", ive ehard it a few times but i honestly have no idea what its called.
