Help need ID on this track!!

Here is a song that I had awhile back from 1998-99. It has been viturally impossible for me to attain this since my search includes nothing but the word "star".

It combines a smooth female vocal with a nice trancey beat. Now, I have a shitty copy on tape and need to replace that. This is where I need help. From what I remember, the vocals went something like this:

"Your(or The) Star is on the rise...your Star is on the rise.....be my star.....star, star, star..."

Basically, lyrics sum up to that...she sings this throughout the song. There is a break in the middle with an uplifting comeback.
The name of the song might be "Star"..unsure..but, I need the *producers name! Remix if possible...ANYONE?Thanks in advance!
