Please Help!!!

PLEASE HELp!!
i'm sorry for my english, but my french sucks

next week, i have to hand in my read report on a french book

i have read (im still reading, but I don't understand it at all)
le lion by joseph kessel, but i don't understand it!

i cannot get a summary from the internet, because my teacher will see it (yes! see will notice it!)

so can you please help me, it's just a couple of questions and I know some of you must have read le lion!

questions:

summary in 5 lines of the book
headcharacter, (looks, character, relations with other characters in the book) ( i think it's the story teller, who's visiting the camp, but i don't know if it's right)
where does the story take place (kenya? nature reserve?)
in wich time does the story take place (like 80's, 90's etc) and why?
give your opinion about the book (boring, exciting etc)

please HELP! some of the one questions is also good!
but if I don't hand it in next week i will not be promoted to the next year!

man i have this book in morocco , read it but can't remember at all , i hope someone can help you otherwise just try to find a summary from internet , give it to me and i'm pretty sure i can make it shorter and use a basic (but good) style
