tip to make wippenberg styled bass sound

I think almost everyone knows this track.
If you have ableton live and nexus you can make similar bass sound. Take deepsaw preset from nexus and add eq-three and vinyl distortion side by side. Remove delay and keep reverb on that deepsaw preset.
Add sidechain and eq and you are very close

and another sound is from IMPoscar. Use only osc1 saw sound and add (again) eq-three, eq-eight and vinyl distortion. Add some chorus and little bit noise and you get great bass too. Its important that you add eq-three and vinyl distortion side by side.

What do you mean by Eq-Three and vinyl distortion, are they specific plugs?

PC :P

Yes they are Ableton Live plugins.

I've been working on a new electro tune: I applied the vinyl preset under the vinyl distortion plug-in in Live to the bassline and it has added a nice gritty sound to the bass. Thanks
