maybe some of you have heard what he said in a recent interview....but if you haven't here ya go!
"red hot canadian producer deadmau5 hits irish shores this weekend but local dj's better keep out of his way. The five times beatport award winner told clubmix in an explosive interview that he HATES dj's and think they're all fucking ****s.
Deadmau5 prenounced dead mouse said he will only perform live shows of his own music and thinks dj's should be extinct. he says "It puts me to fucking sleep
i dont really see the technical merit in playing two songs at the same speed together and it bores me to fucking tears and hopefully with all due respect to the dj type that will fucking go the way of the dinosaur id like them to disafuckingpear."
joel continued, " It's so middle man, they're like fucking lawyers you need them,but they're fucking ****s. god bless them they're my number one customer right so im not gonna go diss every fucking dj.but to say you become this massive up on a podium performer by playing other peoples productions at the same speed as someone eles productions and fading between the two of them, i don't get it "
This guys a bit of a putz.....Hes doing alright but Im not sure how long thats going to last if he keeps chirping like that! wow....This guy represents Toronto too.......
Never seen him live....so he plays only his own productions???? now that would be boring.
is this guy serious? does he want that much to know how much is social aid in canada? I like that the word fucking is not censored, but that other one is, what, is it because Ireland as different swearing criterias/standards, thats the funny part of that story hahahahaha, i've got to go to Ireland (Great Britain in general), not kidding. The rest is just plain stupid, either he's pulling a Sean Avery and soon he'll start pulling dj's family stats, either way, if that spreads around as what he really said, the guy will see the concept of "probably 1200 people spinning your tunes at the same time around the world makes better coverage for your stuff while you can be just at one place, Nuktutut: 35'N 47'E". 2nd option...Ireland's beer is that good 
But hey, if he wants his stuff to be played on the radio and get the torch from Tiesto... and the guy said it "they're my no 1 customers"...i dont doubt his productions works ,but this is going far.
Who cares at this point...by next year he will be back in his parents basement.

This is days-old news if you've been browsing the other forums, c0r, music discussion threads, etc. Imo, djs are worshipped a bit too much but he'd be nothing without them spinning his stuff. We can bitch, but it's not wise for him to 
Unlike a lot of TAs, I've actually seen him spin (twice).. yup, his sets were very very sleepy and he's fucking arrogant in person to boot too. However, I'd like to see him on Marcus' DJIView website oneday, see what one this TA forum geek has to say about the TA forum geeks

1 fucked up macbook = mildly trashed... but still ok.
1 fucked up deadmau5 = way too trashed for his own good... last seen on a bathroom floor.
1 fucked up Kaoscillator = trashed + missing.
1 fucked up pair of stage monitors.... = humped a bit ... then trashed.
so all in all... it was a night of pure chaos and destruction and im sure my management will LOVE the fact that ive sucessfully smashed the place + my kit to pieces.
but hey... we had fun.

lol this guys beyond funny, really thinks hes the shit. even if he claims that the entire "all djs are bs" comment was a joke, he should have never even dared to say him, cuz hes a shitty dj himself. His show, until this very day, remains as the worst fuuuuucking set ive ever heard in my whole life. He says transitions are boring? lol he had a transition, lol if you can call it 1, just clicked stop on one song and play on the other, hes too cool for transitions...from a minimal track, to tiesto's a clockwork orange if i remember right, point being from minimal to trance, horrible, hated it. Good producer i give that to him, all the same thing though but still i like some songs, but as a dj??? i think he should be "extinct" as he says, or at least banned from even playing a live show or getting close to turntables. Ionno how he plays elsewhere but the stereo show was just horrible, damage to the sound system. anyways i can go on and on all day i hate him as a dj and its just a disgrace for him to say and do all these retarded things. He should learn some manners and learn how to mix, that could help.
