Look what I made for dinner tonight

I took a nice fat chicken breast and carefully made a nice big pocket out of it (no leaks!). I proceeded to stuff it with smoked ham, Swiss Emmental cheese, fresh Parmesan cheese and white mushrooms sauteed in butter. I then breaded it throughout and fried it in olive oil for about 6 minutes on each side, followed by another 10 to 15 minutes in the oven.
The result was incredible.
and then you ate it by yourself. loser.
I have chicken tomorrow, wrapped in bacon with apple pork & sage stuffing. beat that
Shit, now I'm hungry.
funny i made ricotta & spinach stuffed chicken recently and it came out pretty decent, but REALLY messy. this is a great idea and i can't wait to try it!
I WOULD STUFF MY ORAL CAVITY WITH ALL THIS WHITE MEAT.

That above pic made me lol bigtime.
Yep. I feel like chicken tonight, like chicken tonight.
looks ok, if you do not want it to get burnt like it did do not use olive oil. Frying with it is not a very good idea and it will taste better with canola or peanut oil.
also...cordon bleu style chicken needs a sauce lonely man

i thought there were pickles inside or something though
I'm making salmon tomorrow for the family
I was just going to go lazy with garlic powder and a blend of greek spices and fry it in flour and egg.
I am very open to suggestions on how to make it more exciting
any tips anyone?
