Exclamation !!Urgent Help Need - Audio problems

Okay today when I got up I went to record an MP3 to a minidisc and noticed that the sound was only coming down one side (right side) and I checked my leads which are fine. I check the line-in jack as well and its only recording down one side as well

I'm supposed to be ripping the Tiesto mix tonight!!!

Can this be fixed or is my soundcard fucked?

Plug your speakers in, see what they're like. Check your balance settings in windows .. you never know what can happen

Other than that, I can't really help. Record your MDs digitally, that's what I do...

checked all the balances, done a system restore and all the usual stuff man At first I thought the jack was fucked but its doing it with all the jacks so I think it must be the soundcard. Would it be wise to uninstall my soundcard then reinstall it again?

ps I dont think my PC has a digital line out anyway

heh no probs man

if u wanna record digitally, burn your desired music in mp3 format on cd-rw, then play the cd-rw on a standalone dvd player .. most new ones have a digital-optical output...

I know it seems like a roundabout process, and it is, but it gives awesome audio quality

I would say that is a waste of a CDr man ??

You don't lose that much quality recording in analog anyway
