Chill Out Mix

Just adding this mix to this thread as I don't think anyone will look at the other one..

[[ LINK REMOVED ]]

Not sure about a tracklist but i do know I've incuded tracks from move D dousk and pete namlook - thats about all i can remember.

not going to be everyones cup of tea no doubt but it's nice relaxing musc and as for the way it's mixed it's proabably shit but i don't normally put this sort of thing together.

Yes!

Hey dubam, that techno mix I promised you is definately on the way, sorry it's taken me so long but I feel i've got enough records now looked out to make as start..

This mix I should mention is done in a style how i like a night to go, nice repetitive stuff to begin thru to a few more bigger tunes towards the end..

It's all good, hence my latest post in MD

edit: id for the one that starts around 42 minutes?

This has got some boring moments and lots of awesome moments.

At least that's what I listened from 30 mins of fast forwarding through 188 minutes of music... perhaps more comments will follow when I do this properly.

Btw first half hour is completely made of win.

kind of get what you mean about some parts being a bit repetitive and perhaps some will find it a tad boring, but i did try to do the mix as I would if I was doing it as a warm up to a later time, as if in a club environment..

cheers tho for the feedback and giving it a listen, appreciate it.

Should be ideal for studying to. This isn't the tracklist but it's all the tracks I can remember off the mix.

Pete namlook - arc, 1st impression, je suis triste
Move D - beyond the machine
Richie hawtin - snake charmer, silent intelligence vII
krikor - monkey girl
dousk - anagram
Fleetwood mac - albatross
kaito - everlasting (****ing tune started skipping)
peter benisch - waiting for snow part III

I think it turned out quite well apart from the needle skipping during the kaito tune second to last, so i had to slam in a bit of fleetwood mac (halliwell styleeeee).

There should be another mix on route which I done this morning but I want to have a listen to it first of all cos I had to go straight to work when I finished it..

Posted by enydo on Oct-30-2008 00:45:

I kept having trouble falling asleep to this since I was hopping out of bed constantly to check the tracklist.

Anyways, great stuff man.

Posted by montana on Oct-30-2008 14:32:

Posted by elFreak on Oct-31-2008 14:35:

send this to somafm

my gf actually really enjoyed chilling out to this last night, which is pretty impressive considering she despises electronica. Good job.

i would love name the track playing at 1:59:20 in the 3hr mix... Need to get on that! goddamn
