Ghost Smilie Another sign of the "death" of trance

Another trance producer abandons trance(mostly): Martin Roth, going neotrance, minimal, and tech. Beats those other fallen trance heroes(MIKE, Johan Gielen, etc), though.

martin roth's minimal/tech productions are great.

and for the record, anyone who thinks trance is dying has the wrong source for new music.

Over here when you turn on the television and watch a car, travel, gardening or makeove program or go shopping for clothes or shoes you heard trance.

So you could also say it's more alive then ever.....

Also next to ten "heroes" leaving, maybe more are arriving.

But if you think trance is dying that's okay with me. To me it's as much as alive as 14 years ago when I bought Trance Nation '94.....

I thought that was funny until I realised you were being serious.

What's with all this death of trance or death of techno or death of house etc? Rubbish. It's music for fucks sake. It's neither alive nor dead.

Idiots still make "Trance is dead" threads, so it's obviously still alive.

Surprizing to hear you know the difference between both...

as much as i dislike trance music, i find hilarious that everyone has been saying it was dying for years, yet in popularity contests it always comes out on top. There will always be noobs that need trance to start, so even if it sounds like shit, it will always be alive.
