Question Does anyone else find it hard as hell to get out of bed?

Yikes, I had to wake up at 6:30 to get things done this morning. I woke up at 6:30. Finally got out of bed at around 9:30 after repeatedly going back to sleep and waking up. The thing is I went to sleep at at maybe 9 last night.

This is beginning to be more then problematic because I wake up feeling tired. I start waking up towards the afternoon, really. I have a feeling that my sleep cycle has shifted to waking up later and sleeping later, but no matter how hard I try to reset it, I can't. Not like before. This is what it's like to be an old person, I guess. Sucks.

If I wake up tired it's a bit of an issue, because I am motivated by the desire for sleep rather than trudging around the house (flex time at work means I can go in whenever I like).

However I used to get the snooze button going because it was cold outside and just so damn comfortable in bed. I solved that by wearing a shirt to bed in winter

My winning combination has been a foot-high bed and an eccentric hyperactive dog who likes to lick eyeballs.

My fiancee has that problem of constantly being tired and not being able to get up properly.
Found out 2weeks ago that she was low on ALL B Vitamins and Iron, so taking supplements and already feeling tons better.
Although you can eat a full and varied diet your body doesnt necessarily use everything you feed it, so you may be having a problem absorbing vitamins, who knows.

Either that or you have a bad case of the AIDS.

Oh man. My bed is pure awesome. Who ever lays on it is all " shit, I love your bed. And now I don't want to get off "

Fuck, sometimes my clients wont get out. :/

How did she find out? Also I'm getting AIDS test next week, so we'll see if that's the case. It very well could be. I suspect I put an AIDS pussy in my mouth a while ago. I'm never doing that again!

I do. I always reset my alarm like 5 times, and only then I get up and then I'm always late to my classes

+1. It sucks, specially because I am the teacher

(except for 1 class)

Memory foam mattress + Egyptian cotton duvet + freezing winter temps = an absolute bitch getting up in the morning

good luck man. I had an AIDS test done like 5 years ago, and even when you know you don't have it, it's still anxiety fucking city when you're waiting for the results.

I've had an AIDs test before. I've also had a hepatitis test, which I passed with flying colours - I got an A, a B and a C. Woohay!

i'm willing to bet kr00tons life savings on your serotonin levels being low. Try seeing more daylight hours or buy one of those lamps & have it switch on a timer when u wake up & then have it on in twilight/evening. Plus B vitamins but you might have a blocked lymph system so take echinacea for 2 weeks before meals.

Hehe, I can only hope my students feel the same way

(I arrive at most 10 minutes late, though, so it's actually a good thing because I don't have to say everything once again after a couple of minutes)

mine too atm. It's just this shit darkness. Dark from just after 5pm atm until I get up at 9am, well its light before then but i'll be damned if im gettnig up just for it, I think we should push the clocks to GMT+2 so it gets light at 9am and dark at 7pm. I'd take that (although 10:30pm sunsets rock)
