I've listened to tiesto, yuzo koshiro, darude, paul oakenfold, paul van dyke, atb, etc. Are there any particular albums i should listen to in the ones i mentioned or something that's not there i should listen to. any particular songs?

If you like Tiesto, then an album you should definitely listen to is Richie Hawtin DE9: Closer to the Edit.

They're almost quite similar in styles, I'm sure you will like it.

The erhu solo in Shenmue rocked my eggrolls, but I don't really remember what the soundtrack of these other games is like.
