TIPS:

INVALID CODES
if the EXPTRANC code doesn't work try EXPOSEDP
or mark your attendance on the Facebook event listing and use EXPFACEB

CREDIT CARD REQUEST
if it asks you for a credit card it's because you have accidentally selected multiple tickets.

If you know someone that is having trouble redeeming their free ticket you can also log back into the wireless box office and order another one...you can only redeem one on a single device but you can forward the ticket by SMS or MMS to other Rogers and Fido phones.

ROGERS has now changed their service and offer to allow you to order 2 FREE TICKETS!

Unfortunately the cut off for FREE MOBILE TICKETS was today @ Noon.
Hope you got yours on time! or at least you'll know for next time!
