Gas to drop to 85.1 cents on Tuesday
Oh remember the days.
BTW I don't know why gas stations dont' move that decimal over when displaying the price. its like $95.1/L annoying.

cheap bastard...
We were still lower the last time the price of a barrel was like this. We should be paying even less.
Nice. Was 88.4 in Stayner on Sunday when it was 91 cents everywhere around TO and Newmarket.
Cant wait to see how cheap we get it for up here then when its expected to be 85 around the TO area!!
Good, now I won't feel so bad about buying a gas guzzling car now that my daily driver ended up as a winter beater on Friday night
Oh good, I was just debating whether to get gas or not and decided against it in favour of waiting to see if prices dropped tomorrow
i miss the days when gas would hit a whopping $0.50/L and we would cry about the price being so high.
Looks like I will finally be filling up for under $1/L

hell yes, just filled up this morning!
Prediction made good!
Saw one station (the Macs) here in Cwood with regular listed at 85.1.
Finally 94oct is just about $1, god it's been a fucking while....
Love having the 94 tune but I really need a 91oct tune for when the gas goes up again....
I know this seems great but as Abercrombie said, gas should be WAY cheaper than it is. 63 dollars a barrel we should be paying closer to .75 a litre.

Nothing wrong with Ethanol, in fact I wish we had E85 readily available so I could make 400+whp safely on pump fuel. Sunoco 94 is noticeably better than any 91 for a high compression or forced induction engine. 91 is usually a bit better for fuel consumption. |
power, power, power, power....

Ya it's because I'm tuned for 94 octane so going down to 91 octane could cause my engine to detonate and that's not a good thing!! 400whp on pump is definately outstanding, I'm still trickling away at ~250whp/wtq ... still love my stock turbo though won't change it for a while. I also notice 91octane gets my better fuel economy but fuck it, I rather have a bit less fuel economy and power on tap whenever I want.... |
Nice numbers, especially on pump! What turbo are you running on what car? Depending how much more air it can handle I'd add a meth kit and bump it up another 2-3psi
I drive an 02 wrx, basic mods...catless 3", header, chip w/ mild street tune.

lol ok, didn't know about the tuning to higher octane thing...thought that was just race talk ![]()
and i thought ethanol damages seals in the engine? isn't that bad?
Just filled up. It's funny how we consider that "cheap" now!
below .8 is what i consider to be ok
yeah these prices are outrageous and the only thing more outrageous is that fact that everyone thinks this is cheap
