Gears of War 2 Out Today!!! What games do you play?

I can't afford to run out and get, but I hope to ge able to sometime soon.
So what's your favorite game? Do you prefer XBox 360, PS3, Wii or PC.
I got the 360. Big on my sports games. Spent plenty of time on Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3.

I don't have time for epiczomgwtfbbq games. I like to keep it simple. Short and simple games work for me. Stuff from XBL Arcade and WiiWare work best for me

Wooha! Can't wait to pick that up.

Favorite to play now is Fifa 08, Halo 3 and Rock Band. Need to get Rock Band 2 and Fifa 09. I've also been rocking the demo of The Force Unleashed. Pretty sweet.

As you know Jeremy, I will be playing this game soon, seeing as how blake and I pre-ordered it together. It arrived today and I'm picking it up from blake later this evening. Too bad you don't have your copy. You could have played with us. Oh well. Its going to be the best video game to come out on the xbox.

its all about Halo 3 Recon the sad thing is comes out the fall of 2009

PacMan Championsip Edition still get's a ton of playtime.. and people love button mashing some Castle Crashers at the after after parties.

Halo3 CoD4 of course. Gears 2 is a must. Left 4 Dead should be fun coop. Just downloaded the Mirror's edge, Tomb Raider Underworld and CoD5 demo's but haven't got to play any of them yet.
Plenty of good gaming for the winter!

Picked up Gears 2 at lunch today, can't wait to play!
Mirror's Edge demo is awesome, I can't wait until it comes out.
Rock Band 2 has been taking up a lot of my time lately -- loving the drums. Played Portal and although it's short, it's hilarious!!!

In the near future:
- Fifa 09
- Mirror's Edge
- Dead Space

Just rented it today for my son...that & GH World Tour. We just bought him Fallout 3 so he cant have GOW yet. Santa will bring it I guess cause I love the chainsaw action and to be able to use a "shield" is cool too. I cant play but I love to watch. GH World Tour looks like alot of fun. This month for games is sick! COD5...Santa is gonna be poor after Christmas.

Look's good, I read that it'll be Bungie's last work with Halo.
And yeah it comes out in Fall 09, but there are some great games coming out to keep you busy until then

I think I am the only male on these boards that doesn't play any type of game. I don't even own an xbox 360 or a PS3. Hell, I haven't even turned on my ps2 in 3 or 4 years.

I downloaded the demo. Actually lets you play online like the full game, except you only get 3 maps. It's ok. COD4 is much better. I'm not gonna waist the money on it.

Its extremely good, and its girlfriend approved. First few levels are easy peasy, but then they get really damn hard near the end. Theres not much user created content yet, but soon will change.

I am pretty backed up with games right now, ugh. I usually have a console game or two plus a portable game I am playing at one time.

Right now for portables, I have:
PSP 3000: Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
DS: Castlevania: Order Of Ecclesia
PS3: Resistance 2
PS3: LittleBigPlanet

I have Gears Of War 2 waiting in the wings for when I finish Resistance 2 single-player, and Chrono Trigger comes out for the DS later this month, so I hope to finish Castlevania before then. Not only that, but I managed to finally snag a copy of Wii Fit when they were on sale at Amazon the other day!
