i have a set called Alex Morph - Live at Kontor and also a set called Kai Tracid - Live at Kontor....does anyone know where these events where held then if Kontor is a record comp?

There's something about the history of Kontor - the club on Kontor.cc but it's in german so plz someone translate it! I also read there that Trance Allstars just made a new track, a remake of Moby's Go!!!

P.S. : Kontor is also an artist, it's the alias name of Jens Thele, a member of Scooter/Ratty..

Kontor is a club in Germany, and by judging from the pics on their website, they have some crazy parties, with some beautiful people(girls).

bah.. Kontor also published most of Blank & Jones, Rank 1, and newer Future Breeze releases.. So it's not all bad...

I was just informed today about KONTOR by a friend today. KONTOR is a major record company in Germany, and yes, it is also a club in North Germany. ...some say its quite good

Kontor Records is label and part of EDEL! <- EDEL is the Major!

Kontor Records actual release stuff from, Scooter, ATB, Mad House, Rank 1 (Clubgroove), CJ Stone, Jan Wayne, Markus Gardeweg, ... They also have a really good selling compilation series called "Kontor - Top Of The Clubs"

Kontor Records also had a club in Hamburg but it is closed since the beginning of the year!

They still have every friday a radio show on NRJ Hamburg!

hehe funny, I'm the other way around. I like his releases but despite his mixes. Well of course, when I say releases I discard "Don't Stop" and pop trance songs. But when he makes ambient melodic trance, it sounds real good

and Cream21, you're right about Kontor being part of a major company, but what I was trying to say was that its becoming big & important in Germany now
