Twisted Records has recently received several emails regarding the Shpongle Live
concerts due to take place in Australia in March 2009, so we�d like to set the record
straight once and for all. Sadly I am the bearer of bad news as unfortunately these two

An events company in Australia requested to book two Shpongle Live shows to take
place in Sydney and Melbourne. A contractual agreement was drawn up by Twisted and

deposit in order to secure the booking of the band.
It was agreed that no promotion would take place until the act had been secured by a
deposit, so it was a shock to discover that tickets were already on sale and promotion

We were assured that the payment was made, however it has transpired that the events
agency in Australia were unable to finance this project and sadly Shpongle will no longer
be playing live in March. This is a great shame as the band were very much looking
forward to seeing their Aussie fans and getting Shpongled down under.
If you want to be the first to know about Shpongle events in the future, then please sign
up to our newsletter and keep an eye on the Twisted homepage where confirmed dates
will appear first.
For a chance to hear some of the fantastic new tracks from Shpongle 4, Simon Posford
will be spinning a Shpongle DJ set at the Tribadelic events happening soon, highly
recommended and not to be missed!

Hello, Dear all We have recently had our Shpongle tour canceled and have been slandered by the tour agent Simon Holton and co agent Ron Rilvin. In a recent press release from him he stated "It was agreed that no promotion would take place prior to deposit" In another public statement co agent Ron Rilvin stated "The Shpongle tour was canceled two weeks ago" Both comments are false and was not agreed upon on our contractual agreement and nor via email correspondence between allparties involved. Please see contract attached as proof that Simon's comments are false and misleading. We are now in the process of commencing litigation against Simon Holton from Twisted Records and Ron Rilvin from Coast toCoast for damages caused to our company. Earthcore has been instructed to cease all trading until litigation has been commenced upon various parties and a outcome hasbeen made. We will keep you posted. Earthcore HQ

never trust this guy again

I bought my Shpongle ticket nice and early.
I emailed the "Spiro Boursine" guy responsible, they responded that they were pretty much bankrupt and that I should contact my bank and get a refund for the visa transfer, (basically I should tell the bank it was an incorrect transaction).

anyway, I trusted that Earthcore group several times and it was OK until this Earthcore, which was POORLY organised and now THIS dodgy deal.

My recommendations : NEVER TRUST this guy again, never let him back in business : he spends the money before he even earns it.

I don't like to put event organisers down, I know how hard it can be: but he should know better and it is plain theft.

if Earthcore will be resurrected next year, we have to make sure we don't act like a bunch of white sheep.

I want a T-shirt that says :

"Earthcore is milking the white sheep".
