agreed. except i get to go to them

the pancakes have to be thin -- i don't like the ones that're several layers thick

i don't even eat Chinese food anymore because i know it won't live up to my standards.

it's pretty much impossible to find a Chinese place out here that serves scallion pancakes and cold sesame noodles and GOOD hot & sour soup.
