Belgium, here I come

Hello good people!
I'm coming to Bruxelles on NYE so can u guys give me some info about good partys (house or trance), places to go n stuff , what DJ's are gonna be in Bruxelles at NYE and since Belgium is Beerland - where's the cheapest beer , and what beers I shouldn't miss
