computer problem with reward.

ok. this is really fucking frustrating to me and counter productive to jmy masturbation schedule. let me lay it out real quick.

the problem:
in firefox / google chrome windows media player video lags, like the audio stays constant but the video skips, it like plays for a bit, then plays really fast stops for a second and starts again. basically choppy as fuck and highly annoying.

now ive tried changing the video settings like no video acceleration, full acceleration and all those random shit settings. nothing fixes it.

the reward:
realitykings.com username / password.

how can i fix this so i can be happy again and not bust a nut in 2 minutes?

1st one to give me a solution or a suggestion that causes me to fix it gets the reward. seriously.

Posted by jupiterone on Nov-22-2008 18:03:

bad codecs?

Posted by LeopoldStotch on Nov-22-2008 18:09:

yeah could be either your video drivers are corrupted or your flash codecs are messed up.

have you tried watching an avi/mgeg from a video player, and see if it does the same thing?

also maybe be your connection? have you checked to make sure nobody else is eating up your connection?

HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW NEIL BRIGGS?

no fucking way.

Posted by r5a on Nov-22-2008 23:30:

I've known him since middle school and high school. I used to rip on him in high school for being fat when I was an asshole, we used to get into fights and he'd try to kidney punch me. If you mention my name (Nick Pron) around him he'll tell you how much a dick I was.

I haven't talked to him a really long time though and he barely knows me, the last time he talked to me is when I was with Kiki and that was long ago..

Such a small world after all, wow.

Posted by r5a on Nov-23-2008 09:03:

no you dickweed. tks anyway.

i glanced a bit at his facebook, hes changed a lot, looks diff. still a big dude thou. he never really was much of a ladies man in high school but i can imagine now hed be pretty big pimpin, who knows.

do you still talk to him and shit?

run multiple spybot services IN SAFE MODE...spybot, adaware, there are others.

considering its a porn post, this is most likely the prob. update firefox, adobe, etc. defrag.

if your computer cannot simply stream its likely a bigger problem, thats what happened with my p3 after 7 years.

up memory up video...all software is made to make your shit non-compliant eventually. and you never posted what this was running on|

First of all, why are people mentioning reinstall flash player?

Check to see if different video formats act the same,
check if the same error occures when using stand alone windows media player,
open task manager (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) and check your cpu/memory usage while playing clips,
see if the same error occurs when using another player - I suggest getting VLC media player (very very good free media player).

For now, try reinstalling windows media player.

probably since we were assuming that this site did its vids like most of the current youtube like sites...

i still dont think thats the issue, but VLC shouldnt be necessary either. i DO believe that there are other processes working in the background and disrupting the player, just as you stated however.

I think you need a new Graphics Card mate or some more memory try closing down some applications or maybe change the buffer settings within windows media player. I would also download Video LAN and use that for steaming videos and MS Media Player is shit.

i think it might be my internets / buffering problem.

this machine is a core 2 quad, with 4GB, 8800 GTX SLI with latest drivers.

i tried playing some hd videos in windows media player and local video files of all sorts and it works fine.

so i think i need to change the buffering.
