A/V Receiver with Pre-outs

I am looking for a mid-range priced receiver that has pre-outs for all channels as I will be using powered speakers for my HT.

If anyone has any recommendations let me know.

The Onkyo and Denon ones i have found are high-end priced.

you should check out the yamaha range of receivers...most of them have pre outs and are pretty good in terms of sound quality
