What dj sets do you workout to?
'Third time posting this thread over the years. Anyways, it's useful for sharing ideas when you're sweatin away the calories and pumping iron, etc, and needing new music ideas for your MP3 player.
These sets work for me big time:

Steve Lawler - Live @ SW4 London 27-08-2006.mp3

Can only manage hip hop for gym workouts, but I like John Flemming's Global Trance Groove sets for a run.

just weekly radio shows...
Anything that picks up really good...
Recently been listening to a bunch of SVD Identity Mixes....
one of my favourites to work out to..
David Morales
Def Mix 20th anniversary @ pacha, NYC

TATW.. I listen to this at work... at the gym.. everywhere hehe
classic house
I don't usually use my own music for workouts as it throws off my concentration, especially if I go running. The only music I listen to usually is the music in the work out videos that i follow.
Although, I did once try to run to Prodigy - fat of the Land, and my pace got seriously fucked up. It was fun during the crazy tracks, but totally burned me out.

Well, I've always dreamed about starting to work out one day.........and in those dreams it's usually inspirational theme music playing in the background.
