I remember the video, but not the song

I remember a song from a few years back that had a slightly goofy girl on roller skates that kept falling down. All I really remember about it was that it was a really happy song (maybe with a slight funk beat?)and at the end of the video she finally got all of the kinks worked out. Anyone have any ideas?
