Angry Pectus Excavatum

Hey I have this really crappy thing called Pectus Excavatum...it's where one side of your chest doesn't have a developed bone in it and your chest pretty much sinks in some. Does anybody have this too? Has anybody had it and got it fixed through working out or surgery?
