Imo get rid of the kick. Other sound are pretty cool.

no kick, if you want a kick, lower the bpm and make it sound like a low heart beat imo

What if its the buildup to an actual trance track?

Maybe a half kick(less bass/volume), then a full kick when the bassline drops?

Add percussion instead and leave the kick out maybe?

ya i agree, it sounds like a great intro, slowly bring in percs and after the break pop the kick in? it's all you man, i'm sure you'll find a way to go about it

Ok, I've been working on this and pretty happy with the break and melody, not so sure about the bass preset at the moment (anybody suggest a good phat bass patch for Zeta or IMPOSCAR? Still have some arrangement issues also and eqing could be better...
