Who do I sue ..?

Whilst at my local authority leisure centre ,I used the gym. Was on the treadmill and on the large tv screen was a Britney Spears video( her last one with the fish-net stockings and ass- shaking). I became engrossed in the video , lost my footing and fell on my face. Do I sue Britney or my local authority ? Thanks.
