Ok and although this one is from 2007 it deserves special recognition because it's fucking STELLAR and I still listen to regularly-

Markus rocks. I enjoyed almost all the World Tour sets (download them every month, haha), but I think the London set was the most energetic. My least favorite was the one from NYC.
