i always have a pint of whisky on my corn flakes
reason to hate ********
waste of alcohol.
adding wine to food is a must, best thing to do thoe is put the wine in the pan first and let it reduce down to nothin. and carry on adding the rest off your ingredients.
Only when making sauces.
I've wanted to make chicken with white wine for a while now maybe next week I'll give it a try
so you arent cooking with wine, you are literally just pouring the shit on after the food is done...
jesus|
pasta sauces and some seafood dishes are musts
I like alcohol on some Italian pastries but I dunno how to make them

White wine over most chicken dishes and some pasta sauces... A few glasses of wine and a coffee/Sambuca later, and you're set!
anyone wants to cook some of this for me?
Pork chops need beer during cooking otherwise they don't taste right.
French cooking with wine is mandatory.
My goulash isn't right without red wine either.

| Originally posted by ******** I've started adding my homemade wine to dishes, specifically rice, and it tastes nice a warm and flavourful with the added red pepper, basil, oil, and other spices. I'm wondering if anyone else adds alcohol to dishes they make - and not cooking with wine etc.. but actually adding it after the dish has cooked. I enjoy it, and thought I would suggest trying it. |

I've heard of adding alcohol while you're cooking a meal (and not just any) but adding it AFTER it's cooked? Wtf. That sounds gross.
BEER CHICKEN!
If you want to get Aluminum poisoning over extend periods of time you shove a aluminum beer can up the chickens ass and let that sit on the grill for a hour or something, but the high quality way is to take pyrex glass, fill it full of beer and shove that up the chickens ass then put that on the grill; that shits off the chizain!
Hell any time I have beer in my hand I will pour it on what ever I am cooking on the Grill; that is just a standard for Grilling in Texas I suppose at least my standard b/c I'm not going to grill with out some BEER!

Does drinking alcohol while eating food the same as adding alcohol to your food?
Adding alcohol to your food after it's prepared seems gay.
