I will be out of town Fri-Sat. wont be able to make it this time, but hopefully we can have a TA meet-up b4 Markus @ Spin on Jan. 9th. I know the idea had been kicked around, hopefully it happens.

wiil do, guess i might be the only TA in attendance. I pm'ed Darude to let him know i was stoked about his upcomiing show and he offered guestlist, so that was very nice of him to do.

Yeah,

he seems like a really cool dude, I talked to him before his last show at Belo, he was just hanging out at the bar, and was enjoying the opening DJ's set. He was like: "I appreciate all the hard work that local DJ's put into their sets, I know whats it like to get a gig at a local club and have all of your family and friends cheering you on" I know that he will put on a great show, hopefully eventvibe will let him spin till 2:00 am (at least) and not hit the lights at 1:35 am

Darude is great - great guy also. Booked him for Denver (not the NYE show but a later one). For those who are interested, check out his recorded set from San Francisco's Ruby Skye. Amazing amazing set.

Great night friday at on broadway to check out darude. got the club and we're on his personal guestlist so didnt have to wait in the line or pay cover so thumbs up for Darude. Really enjoyed his set and i love how the mexican place accross the street is open late! im sure my food helped in not having a hangover the next morning!

How was his set, did he play his classics? Or did he change it up?

really good. he had the dancefloor packed, but not to the point it was uncofortable. So much better than any of the giant venues ive been to(heat,vanguard) im glad i headed down to SD for the weekend. need to make more trips down there instead of just always going to SF. my buddy and i had a good time.
