Mark Farina at Crescendo?

Saw this at jameslauer.com:

Thu, Dec 18: Mark Farina Mushroom Jazz Special Event @ Crescendo

Anybody got more info on that? Anyone going?

It was originally opened by the guy who owned Reserve last year, then was shut down by the Feds 6 six weeks after it opened. It was acquired through our management earlier this year and it was reopened this past September with an improved upgrade to its sound-system and replacing the interior color from a cold-gray to a sexy-red. Its a snazzy venue with a major emphasis on bottle service, especially on weekends. I have described it in the past as looking like a very upscale strip club (with its Moroccan style decor and mirrored columns.)

I haven't seen him in at least half a decade, so I really have no idea how he spins now.. but I'm always down for some tasty trippy stuff. I'd be interested in a review if anyone goes.

Good Party, Nice change of pace to go to a new place. People came out in full effect for Farina tonight even with the horrible weather.
