Louis Puig

Does anyone else think it's a bit perverse for Louis Puig to be booking himself more and more frequently at Space? I cannot imagine the rationale for his increasingly frequent appearances. Personally I don't enjoy his sessions and he brings no mystique to a show. Is he trying to save money by spinning his own sessions? Is he disillusioned and now believes he's a headliner?

It almost reminds me of the arrogance of Vince McMahon of the WWE. It wasn't enough to own a billion dollar empire; he had to become involved in the matches and story lines.

If I'm just a jackass and missing something, let me know.

Well, if you owned a club worth that much wouldnt you want to DJ in it. Weather hes got skills or not one of the things I learned about some Miami local residents this past weekend was that they suck. You think LP was bad, you have no idea the torture I had to go through waiting for Tommie Sunshine to get on at the Vagabond on friday. It was the worst mixing I have ever heard in the club and the guy thought he was killing it.

My thoughts were exactly what was said on the pvd review, it was an EDM rollercoaster but it could have been worse, wayyyyy worse

Ha ya I feel the same way if I owned space I would do whatever I wanted fucking play dj sammy heaven to piss people off dj horribly and people wouldnt do shit about it.

Space should be cranking out some damn serious parties with killer DJ's every weekend. How about Chris Carrier on the terrace? The place would never be the same.

If Avalon brought out Louis Puig, he'd get tomato'd and everyone would leave. I thought Space was supposed to be world class?

If you didnt notice space was using co2 instead of LN2 that helps on cost quite a bit

that main room is made 4 trance.. and techno if LP ever goes that route.
