Looking for someone with PPC based MAC, Logic Pro & Atmosphere

Hopefully I can find someone in the Los Angeles area that has these three at their home/studio:

1. PPC Mac (G4/G5: Pre late-2005)
2. Logic Pro 8
3. Atmosphere Plug-in

Here's the scenario:

I bought an Intel based Mac to replace my broken PPC based Mac and was completely unaware that the Atmosphere plug-in decided to not upgrade to Intel based Mac. Therefore, any instrument assigned to Atmosphere (some projects have multiple instruments assigned to various Atmosphere instruments) on any previous project has that slash through it.

Omnisphere does not pick up the specific instrument I had assigned to Atmosphere, and Atmosphere Wrapper does not pick up the specific instrument either.

The only option I can see is loading my Logic Projects onto an external harddrive, and then opening them up on a PC based MAC that has both Logic Pro and Atmosphere. Is this my only option left? All I want to do is find out the name of the instrument used in Atmosphere, write it down, and then I can located it in Omnisphere and open it there in replace of Atmosphere.

If you have what I am looking for, I am willing to pay you 40-50 bucks (or more if at professional studio) just to come over to your place, and open up my projects one by one just to write down the name of the instrument on all the Atmosphere plug-ins being used. I will not upload anything or play anything. Just "atmosphere->click write down name" and that's it.

Please let private message me if you can help.

Thanks in advance

Jake

So you tried downloading the new Atmosphere Intel-Mac wrapper on the Spectrasonics website, and it did not load up like it normally does? Or are you saying your presets were not saved over? I'm confused.

The pre-sets were not saved over. So I can open up Omnisphere and Atmosphere Intel-Mac Wrapper just fine...but the pre-set is gone.

Yea I know what you're talking about, I had the same problem. Wish you best of luck. Maybe try calling Spectrasonics to see if there is anything they can do for you.

Here's an idea... if you still have your old computer, why not save the presets? Then copy the presets on a CD, and then install those presets into your new computer under the appropriate directory?
