they are one of my favorite remixers and i have not heard anything from them in a while

what you probably didn't know is that Airscape = Svenson & Gielen
and now u will think about all the tracks S & G released lately and u';ll understand that nothing had happened to them

If you meant why Svenson & Gielen havent produced or remixed as Airscape lately, then I dont know. What I do know is this: They are producing a new track with Jan Johnston, so theres a possibility it could be an Airscape track.

This has been relased on vinyl, I don't like it for 1 reason, because it's unoriginal. All they did was take the melody of Beauty Of Silence, altered the instruments a bit and called it a remix.

Damn I didn't realize this was out yet. I'll have to check it out, hopefully its not as disappointing as you make it out to be.

well, when i listen to it, the melody is different, but the synth's rhythm is the same. but yeah, so unoriginal, so uncreative. i'm so disappointed, =P.

Beauty of Silence & Watching the Waves RMX sucked big time, IMO...

they have a lot of incredible remixes though... (The Legacy, Reach Me [still UNRELEASED!! gah!], Kiss, Free...and i'm sure a few more...)

man.. beauty of silence was AMAZING.... but the legacy remix kinda stunk. they just used all the same sounds from the ultra - free remix.

well... chacun son gout, =P.... i hope i got that right, =P.

S & G are very good remixers but their remix to Watching The Waves was not that good... really similiar to Beauty Of Silence...
and i don't think that The Legacy has stunk... i like it a lot

Best Airscape remix for me is Alice Deejay - The Lonely one(Airscape remix) sooo emotional.. it gives me the chills all the time. that melody really takes u somewhere =)

yeah, I think kiss is their best remix ever, and free is also good...

The Legacy remix wansn't very bad... A lot thanks to the melody but still, very nice. The fact that it was like an emotionless Ultra - Free (Airscape remix) did bring down form the way I see but still... rocks a lot. And the fact that it has a buildup and the original does not put them in equal position IMO...
