please help me out guys.

just got this thing. had read/seen tons about it before. i watched the tutorial videos and sort of got the hang on how to use automap and whatnot.

but anyways, i load up Ableton, forgot about automapping and just started to mess around. i noticed, while Ableton acknoledges some sort of MIDI input, i had about 4 keys that wouldn't play.

i figured this was some driver issue, after it happened in both Ableton 6 and 7, so i went to Novation's site, and got the last version of the installer.

now the whole 2nd octave is dead! happens in FLstudio as well.

is there some setting or something i can change? everything else seems to be working...

best thing to do is go on the novation website and contact their tech support team
