this is great since there is definitely not enough time to view the whole gallery during the free 2.5 hours on wednesday. you also avoid a huge lineup which happens on wednesday nights.

fix the thread title, this isn't just a txt msg, but an annoying subscription service

you can unsubscribe as soon as you get your code.

Thanks, Alex. I really want to check this place out sometime soon.

Already used this a couple weeks ago. They didn't even check the code, just trusted that the txt I was showing them had a code!

Pretty sweet deal actually. Between the opening this, I pretty much have seen everything there now. Except the damned staircase still was not open, and they had no idea when it was going to be finished. Gah, artists. Thank god we don't let them plan.

Those display cases are a great addition ... such a nice space ...

Was it fully completed, i went on the opening weekend and the curvy staircase was blocked which resulted in horrible circulation made it a complete pain in the ass.

Nice, thanks Alex! I still have yet to check this place out, maybe the Christmas break is the perfect opportunity

i spent my full 2.5 hours and i only got through half of the first floor, the model ship gallery, galleria italia, and part of the henry moore gallery. i also took the 30min tour of the archaeological dig they are doing now in the grange. fasinating stuff.

but i also quickly checked out the barnacle stairs, both the inside one and the outside one, and all the spaces seem to be completly done.

most definitely. they had to replace the glass on more than one occasion where the cables are anchored.

The ships were just amazing. Honestly one of my fav things I have seen there. But, I still have not seen any of the main floor, as it has been too busy when I have gone there.
